Governance & PMO
The candidate must have both PMO skills to interact with the business in defining logics and guidelines, as well as technical analysis and intervention skills on various sites for checks and controls. We are looking for a hybrid figure with technical and business oriented skills, a person who intends to get involved, grow professionally and is empathetic enough to manage situations with a certain degree of organizational complexity.
We require a good level of English (at least a B2) and knowledge of the main tools (Teams, E-Mail, Excel, PowerPoint). Main areas of work: CRM; SALES; Dealers; Adobe; Sap; PowerBI; ServiceNow; OpenText.
To cover this role, the candidate will not be employed initially on projects: he will have to guide and lead suppliers in solving normal running problems and be proactive in the actions to be implemented. He must also have an interest in managing the application.
An aptitude for the IT world, problem solving and a good level of English (at least a B2) is required, as well as knowledge of the main tools (Teams, E-Mail, Excel, PowerPoint) Main work areas: CRM; SALES; Dealers; Adobe; Sap; PowerBI; ServiceNow.
Aptitude for the IT world and a basic knowledge of Microsoft package tools, such as Team and Excel, are required. The candidate will be responsible for providing customers with the first line of telephone or email technical support, helping the user to eliminate errors due to problems or critical aspects of the ICT. Very important are the problem solving skills, the management of communication - via e-mail and telephone - with the customer, the aptitude for working in a group and in stressful situations.
A basic knowledge of English (B1) is required and any previous knowledge of ticket management tools will be a plus.
